The Bahamas Gymnastics Federation is excited to unveil a team of 35 talented gymnasts who will proudly represent the country at the upcoming Carifta Games in Trinidad and Tobago. The team was selected after weeks of intensive skills clinics and the guidance of internationally certified FIG judge Rita Abdou, who assisted in the final selections. The Carifta team is comprised of gymnasts from various member clubs of the Gymnastics Federation of the Bahamas, including Airborne Gymnastics and Fitness Club (Rashad Cunningham and Toni Johnson) , Bahamas Star Gymnastics (Nicola Thompson and Tenille Delsume) , and Paradise Gymnastics Academy (Kachara Marshall) , all based in Nassau, Bahamas. The team also proudly includes gymnasts from Island Dance and Gymnastics (Ashley-Aria Knowles) , representing the family islands of Spanish Wells and Eleuthera.
